Three bedroom 2 bath with wood stove hardwood floors full basement close to Wilkesboro, NC. Must keep my cat. Also need access to Wi-Fi. Would prefer North Wilkesboro, a fireplace, nice kitchen, a nice yard and less than 20 minutes to Wilkesboro. Quiet neighborhoods are preferred. We are not partyers....we are conservative, clean, organized and quiet. I am a professional educated female moving to Wilkesboro to part of a local church congregation. I am a non smoker, non drinker and very clean and organized. I would like to heat with a wood stove insert. Would like to be within 10 minutes of the YMCA in Wilkesboro and downtown. I will be looking for a house to buy, so a 6 month to 1 year lease is needed for two females. No other people will be living with us. Only one cat.
