Help Desk Analyst Job Summary One of our best clients in the Asheville area is a growing technology center and currently looking for an associate level Help Desk / Service Desk Analyst to join their team. This resource will work with end users to support, troubleshoot and fix PC related and connectivity related issues. This role will have the chance to grow with the organization and drive customer service to the end users of the organization. Help Desk Analyst Job Responsibilities Responsible for high quality end-user technical support, related to enterprise software and hardware. Responsibilities include assessment, triage, research, training/education and resolution of incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components in a fast paced 7x24x365 environment. Work to reset-passwords and insure that the user base is running at full speed. Under general oversight, provides after hours and weekend support as needed. Help Desk Analyst Job Requirements High school diploma or GED with relevant work experience - Prefer four year degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
